Eclipse Companies is looking for motivated Construction Interns who want to gain real-world experience in the heavy civil construction industry.
This internship is designed around what you want to learn. Whether you're interested in one specific area or want exposure to several parts of the company, we'll work with you to create an internship experience that fits your interests and career goals.
Areas You Can Explore
Interns can gain experience in one or multiple areas, including:
Estimating – Assist with takeoffs, bid preparation, pricing, and learning estimating software.
Project Management – Work alongside our project teams with scheduling, documentation, cost tracking, and active projects.
Accounting – Learn the financial side of construction, including job costing, invoices, and project accounting.
Shop & Equipment – Gain exposure to equipment operations, maintenance coordination, inventory, and fleet management.
Dispatch & Operations – Learn how crews, trucks, equipment, and resources are coordinated across multiple projects.
Field Operations – Opportunities to visit jobsites and see how projects are built in the field.
What We're Looking For
Current college or trade school student.
Interest in construction, engineering, business, accounting, operations, or a related field.
Dependable, organized, and willing to learn.
Comfortable working as part of a team.
No previous construction experience required.
Flexible Scheduling
We understand that school comes first. Hours can be flexible to accommodate summer schedules, class schedules, and other school commitments.
