Your Role with the Company
● Support and assist in managing construction projects, working closely with senior project managers.
● Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all project activities are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently.
● Regularly assess project progress, keeping an eye on adherence to company standards and project goals.
● Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring that project challenges and client instructions are well-documented and addressed.
● Contribute to project financial management by tracking expenses, assisting with accurate billings, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
● Participate in the procurement process by assisting in subcontract creation and fostering positive working relationships.
● Coordinate project schedules and collaborate with Project Superintendents to ensure project execution aligns with timelines.
● Assist in managing changes to project scope and maintain records of all project modifications.
● Contribute to the successful closure of projects by ensuring financial settlements are transparent and liaising with finance departments for updates.
Background Profile
● Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work effectively within a team.
● Desire to grow and develop within the construction project management field.
● Full-time position based at our Chagrin Falls, OH office.
